Moraa University, as one of the key components of the Moraa Educational Complex (MEC), is located in the Afshar area of Kabul, Afghanistan. The complex covers approximately 42 jeribs of land and consists of five blocks, designated A, B, C, D, and E, which accommodate administrative offices and other educational and service facilities of the university.

The Moraa University campus provides a safe, organized, and student-centered environment that supports higher education, academic research, and practical learning.
