Moraa University is located in Kabul City, District 5, Afshar, behind the Afghan Red Crescent Society. The University has a standard and well-equipped campus, including modern classrooms, laboratories, a library, green spaces, and parking facilities.

Moraa University was established on 17 Sunbula 1395 (September 7, 2016). Since its establishment, the University has operated as a private higher education institution dedicated to providing higher education services, conducting scientific research, and developing qualified scientific and professional human resources.
